We are looking for an enthusiast and result -driven TELECALLER to join our sales team .The role involves making outbound calls ,generating leads ,explaining services ,maintaining client relationships , and supporting the sales team in achieving targets . *Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and inquiries . *Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively . *Provide detailed information about projects and services . *Maintain a database of customer calls and follow -up in CRM . *Schedule meetings /appointments for the sales team with qualified leads . *Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referrals business. *Meet daily ,weekly and monthly call & lead generations targets . *Provide feedback to management on customer needs ,market trends , and competitor activities . *Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets .
