Job Description

We are a leading supplier of pharma raw materials and lab chemicals in Ahmedabad, seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant (EA) to support our Director in business operations, project execution, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendar, meetings, travel, and daily coordination for the Director.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official communication.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Compile and analyze business data; generate regular MIS reports.
  • Coordinate across departments (logistics, import, store, sales, accounts.
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams on behalf of the Director.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Management, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in an EA, admin, or business support role.
  • Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and business communication.
  • Knowledge of data analysis, MIS, and market research preferred.
  • Prior experience in pharma/chemicals/logistics is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
