Job Description

The position is proposed to enhance operational efficiency by introducing a dedicated role that manages schedules, tracks communication, and ensures timely responses for routine matters. This will allow me to focus on strategic, value-added activities to meet management objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Calendar & Schedule Management: Organize meetings, track deadlines, and send reminders. Maintain an updated calendar for AVP - Operations (VCI & Surface Coatings) and relevant stakeholders.Communication Handling: Act as a single point of contact for routine queries. Draft and send standard responses for common requests. Escalate critical matters promptly.Task & Workflow Coordination: Maintain a task tracker for ongoing projects. Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of routine tasks.Documentation & Reporting: Prepare weekly status reports for pending and completed tasks. Maintain records of approvals and communications.Data Collection & Analysis: Gather relevant data, analyze trends, and prepare insights for decision-making.Powerpoint Presentations: Create professional presentations for meetings and reports
KEY SKILLS: Strong communication skills (written and verbal - English); proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
PERSONALITY TRAITS : Adaptable & willing to learn, proactive, organized, confident, trustworthy & discreet, emphathetic, problem solving ability
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: Min. Graduate in any discipline
EXPERIENCE: 1 - 2 Years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
