Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior management.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence as required.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Support in organizing events, meetings, and follow-ups on action items.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the executive’s office.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 4–7 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
