Responsibilities Edit manuscripts, podcast scripts, YouTube descriptions, and summaries to meet publishing and media standards. Ensure consistency in language, tone, and terminology across platforms. Refine written content for DOAP podcast episodes, newsletters, and book intros. Collaborate with video editors by refining timestamps, titles, and content structure. Proofread and enhance social media content (LinkedIn posts, carousels, threads, tweets). Maintain a library of style and editorial guidelines, and help train junior writers when needed. Qualifications Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. 1–3 years of editorial or content writing experience in publishing, journalism, podcasting, or strategic communication. Familiarity with geopolitics, military affairs, or Indian strategic literature is a plus. Strong editing judgment and an eye for structure, logic, and narrative clarity. You will be responsible for shaping raw footage into compelling visual narratives that align with our brand’s professional and strategic tone. Key Responsibilities Edit and assemble podcast episodes, interviews, and documentary-style videos . Create trailers, teasers, reels, and short-form videos for social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn).
