Executive Assistant

Hiring: Executive Assistant (for the founder, Dispal Sakaria | Lafit Lighting)

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai | Full-time, In-person

We're looking for someone who can be a strong support system - someone organised, dependable, and sharp enough to help the founder stay two steps ahead.

This role is about being the backbone of our office and a force multiplier in how we operate at LAFIT.

You’ll be his right hand, bringing order to chaos, enabling systems when required, and ensuring he can focus on building the business. 

What you’ll do:

• Own his calendar, meetings, and travel with precision
• Be the first line of communication between him and internal/external stakeholders
• Track priorities, follow through on open tasks, and keep projects moving
• Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and partner interactions end-to-end

What we're looking for:

• A highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual
• A problem-solver who can anticipate needs before they’re spoken
• Loyal, discreet, and comfortable wearing multiple hats

What is required:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting a CEO/MD office
• Strong communication skills and mastery of MS Office
• Certification in Executive Management / Family Office Management (preferred)
