Reports To: Director / Managing Director / Executive Director
Location: Delhi -( C16, Chirag Enclave Main Rd, Greater Kailash-1, Pamposh Enclave, Greater Kailash)

Position Overview:

The Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level administrative support to the Director, ensuring the efficient management of schedules, communications, and strategic priorities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
  • Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings.
  • Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for ease of access and confidentiality.
  • Communication Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, emails, and memos on behalf of the Director.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications and requests.
  • Project Coordination:
  • Assist in planning, tracking, and executing strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Meeting & Event Management:
  • Schedule and coordinate executive meetings, board meetings, and off-site events.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, and briefing materials.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion:
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Liaison & Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal teams and external partners.
  • Represent the Director professionally in all interactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High degree of discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, Slack, etc.).
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
