We seek talent with a drive to learn, grow, and contribute to our company's success. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Surat. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client accounts. The day-to-day tasks include researching potential clients, developing business strategies, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Qualifications New Business Development skills Strong Business acumen with strategic thinking Excellent Communication skills in English both verbal and written Proven ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills To upgrade own self on sales management and customer relationship management Any other relevant work arises in the department regarding business development, digitalization, and Process improvements Keep the marketing material like E-Brochures, Brochures Upto date and ensure all the team has updated one Take follow-ups on the given quotation which is yet to be closed To communicate with the customer and understand their requirements carefully and advised them on a product accordingly To update the client status in the CRM Software and keep checking for the new DMs or comments Education and Skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the textile industry is a plus Good command of MS Office - Excel , word , PPT etc. Salary (CTC) : APIS
