Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Surat. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client accounts. The day-to-day tasks include researching potential clients, developing business strategies, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• New Business Development skills
• Strong Business acumen with strategic thinking
• Excellent Communication skills in English both verbal and written
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• To upgrade own self on sales management and customer relationship management 
• Any other relevant work arises in the department regarding business development, digitalization, and Process improvements 
• Keep the marketing material like E-Brochures, Brochures Upto date and ensure all the team has updated one
• Take follow-ups on the given quotation which is yet to be closed
• To communicate with the customer and understand their requirements carefully and advised them on a product accordingly
• To update the client status in the CRM Software and keep checking for the new DMs or comments

Education and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the textile industry is a plus
• Good command of MS Office - Excel , word , PPT etc.
