Executive Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-ups.
• Act as a liaison between executives, clients, and internal teams.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Handle day-to-day operations as needed.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.

2. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.

3. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

5. High level of discretion and professionalism.

6. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
