CRM Executive

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented CRM Executive to join our Mumbai team. The role involves managing client relationships, addressing queries related to trading and investments, and ensuring a seamless service experience. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in financial markets, stock broking operations, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding account information, trading activities, and investment-related queries.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Coordinate with internal teams — including research, operations, and dealing desks — for effective query resolution.
• Proactively address client concerns and follow up to ensure timely closure.
• Maintain accurate and updated client information in CRM systems for efficient service tracking and compliance.
• Assist clients with onboarding, KYC processes, and trading platform guidance.
• Stay updated on financial products, market trends, and company offerings to better assist clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the stock broking or financial services industry.
• Good understanding of capital markets, demat/trading accounts, and investment products.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; knowledge of trading platforms (e.g., ODIN, NEST) is an advantage.
• Customer-centric mindset with a proactive and professional approach.
