Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including meetings,MOM(Minutes of meetings), appointments, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
  • Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, memos, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate and prioritize incoming communications, ensuring timely responses.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Conduct research and prepare briefing materials for meetings.
  • Maintain an efficient filing system, both electronic and physical.
  • Monitor and follow up on project tasks and deadlines.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as required by the executive team.
