Executive Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Executive Assistant to support our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our clothing brand. The ideal candidate will be proficient in handling client interactions, managing email communications, and assisting with marketing follow-ups. This role also requires travel for exhibitions and representing our brand in a professional manner.

Responsibilities:

• Handle client communications with confidence and professionalism.
• Manage email correspondence and marketing follow-up processes.
• Efficiently execute computer-based tasks.
• Travel to and represent the brand at exhibitions.
• Assist with branding initiatives and maintain brand consistency.
• Provide administrative support to the team as needed.

Qualifications:

• Graduate degree.
• 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within the clothing brand industry.
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in relevant software.
• Knowledge of branding principles and practices.
