About The Role
I am seeking an Executive Assistant who operates like a Operation Manager cum Executive Assistant—not just a task-doer, but a true partner who takes ownership of systems, people, and processes. Your mission is to free me from manager/technician work so I can stay in my genius zone: coaching men, advising clients, creating content, and building the brand.This role blends operations management, project oversight, and marketing support. You will keep the trains running on time, ensure accountability across the team, and integrate systems so nothing falls through the cracks.
Responsibilities
Operations & Systems
- Own, streamline, and integrate business systems (CRM, project management, compliance, marketing, client onboarding, etc.).
- Anticipate bottlenecks and solve problems before they reach me.
- Automate workflows where possible; document SOPs.
- Track KPIs and deliver concise weekly reports.
Project & People Management
- Manage editors, contractors, and vendors—ensure deadlines are met and quality is consistent.
- Hold team members accountable without me needing to “babysit.”
- Oversee scheduling, client follow-up, and admin tasks so I stay focused on high-value activities.
Marketing & Client Experience
- Support content workflows (podcast, social media, video editing) and keep the process smooth from recording → publishing.
- Manage marketing campaigns, email sequences, and social media scheduling.
- Ensure a seamless client journey from onboarding through retention.
Executive Support
- Proactively manage my calendar, priorities, and commitments.
- Handle communication, follow-up, and reminders so nothing is missed.
- Create space in my schedule for strategy, creativity, and relationship-building.

Qualifications
- 3+ years in operations, project management, or executive assistant roles.
- Proven ability to manage teams and contractors remotely.
- Experience with CRM systems, project management tools, and marketing automation.

- Comfortable working with limited direction and high autonomy.
