Executive Assistant – Operations & Automation


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage scheduling, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain reports, trackers, and dashboards in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Support automation workflows (Zapier, JotForm, Google Sheets, WhatsApp API).
  • Handle administrative tasks and HR coordination (job postings, onboarding, documentation).
  • Assist with client coordination, freelancer management, and general operations.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations/admin/executive assistant roles (strong freshers welcome).
  • Solid skills in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Tech-savvy, with exposure to automation tools (Zapier or similar).
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
  • Organized, self-driven, and comfortable in a startup-style environment.
