About the role CameraNvideo Frames is hiring an Executive Operations Assistant to support our Operations & Automation Lead and Founder. If you’re strong with Google Sheets/Docs and basic computer skills, love organizing work, and want to learn fast and grow , this is for you. What you’ll do Maintain and update Google Sheets trackers (clean data, filters, basic formulas like SUM, AVERAGE, COUNTIF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP). Draft/format documents in Google Docs ; organize files/folders on Google Drive . Schedule meetings, take notes, follow up on action items; keep our task board (Bordio) tidy and up to date. Coordinate with team members on email/Teams/WhatsApp ; ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Support simple process documentation (checklists, SOPs). Must-have Strong Google Sheets & Google Docs skills (basic formulas, data hygiene, formatting). Good written English, clear communication, attention to detail. Own laptop + reliable home internet (WFH role). Eagerness to learn tools like Zapier , DoubleTick (WhatsApp), and Bordio (we’ll train you).
