Job Description

The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for the CEO & Director. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations. 


Qualifications

  1. A Graduate or postgraduate in business administration
  2. At least 5 years of experience in the administrative role
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  4. Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  5. Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  6. Strong written and verbal communication skills

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Manage and coordinate the Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel plans
  2. Prepare and organize reports, presentations, documents, and meeting agendas
  3. Assist in managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of the Director
  4. Liaise with other departments, clients, and external partners on behalf of the Director
  5. Monitor deadlines, tasks, and action items for follow-up
  6. Assist in personal scheduling and administrative tasks, if required
  7. Coordinate logistics for events, conferences, and business meetings
