Job Description About the Role As a Business Coordinator at Network In Action (NIA), the resource will play a key role in driving chapter operations by coordinating day-to-day activities, qualifying leads over calls, scheduling client meetings for the Manager, and ensuring seamless communication and engagement with members, prospects, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the NIA Northeast India with professionalism and efficiency Assist with membership onboarding, engagement, and retention. Handle internal communication and external outreach with professionalism. Support the Business head in all backend and operational functions. Coordinate and follow up with members, guests, and prospects via calls, emails, and messages. Qualify and nurture business leads through phone conversations and follow-up processes. Assist the Manager in scheduling appointments and meetings with prospective clients. Organize and support monthly chapter meetings, trainings, and special networking events. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of member data, business referrals, guest follow-ups, and event logs. Prepare meeting minutes, performance dashboards, and timely reports for leadership review. Represent NIA in external communications and in-person events with a professional attitude. Ensure timely collection of Payments from the members and also handle payments to vendors. Job Specification Qualifications & Experience Education: Graduate in Business Management (MBA preferred but not mandatory). Experience: 3-5 years in Business Development/Client Servicing/Operations/Admin Support Skills & Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
