What You’ll Do

• Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule, emails, meetings, and travel
  
• Track key projects, deadlines, and follow-ups with cross-functional teams
  
• Prepare business presentations, MIS reports, and client communication
  
• Represent the MD in internal coordination and external correspondence
  
• Conduct basic research and prepare briefing documents when needed
  
• Ensure confidentiality in all communications and documents
  
• Be the go-to person for ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
  

What We’re Looking For

• MBA (preferred) with min. of 2 + years of experience in a similar role
  
• Excellent written and spoken English communication
  
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
  
• Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and work independently
  
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and discretion
