About Us ISF Industries is a fast-growing engineering company specializing in dairy machinery and turnkey automation solutions. With a strong presence in India and emerging markets, we are driven by innovation, quality, and impact. We're now looking for a proactive Executive Assistant who can think sharp, move fast, and support our Managing Director in scaling the next phase of growth. Why This Role is Unique This isnt just an administrative job. This is a business-critical role that requires you to act as the right hand of the MD. Youll have exposure to high-level strategy, operations, decision-making, and external communication. Your insights, follow-through, and attention to detail will directly impact the company’s direction. What You’ll Do Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule, emails, meetings, and travel Track key projects, deadlines, and follow-ups with cross-functional teams Prepare business presentations, MIS reports, and client communication Represent the MD in internal coordination and external correspondence Conduct basic research and prepare briefing documents when needed Ensure confidentiality in all communications and documents Be the go-to person for ensuring nothing slips through the cracks What We’re Looking For MBA (preferred) with min. of 2 + years of experience in a similar role Excellent written and spoken English communication Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Highly organized, self-motivated, and solution-oriented Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and work independently Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and discretion What You’ll Get Direct mentorship from the MD and exposure to strategic decisions Dynamic, entrepreneurial work environment Competitive compensation and career growth opportunities A chance to make a real impact in a fast-growing company Role & responsibilities
