Our Client is an Indian manufacturer of masterbatches and polymer compounds, serving industries like packaging, automotive, textiles and construction
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
-Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
-Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
-Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
-Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and conferences (onsite or virtual).
-Track and manage action items, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion.
-Support budget preparation, expense reporting, and reimbursement processing.
-Conduct research, compile data, and prepare materials for decision-making.
-Liaise with internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and project execution.
-Perform other related administrative tasks as required.
