Your Role: Shadow to the VisionaryAs the Executive Assistant Intern, you're not just a note-taker or scheduler — you're the right hand, the thought partner, the fixer, and the one who ensures the founder’s vision moves from idea to execution. You’ll get your hands dirty across everything — from strategy and research to ops, marketing, investor decks, scheduling, and “whatever needs to get done”.This is a high-trust, high-impact role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves learning, and is hungry to build something meaningful from the ground up. What You’ll Do:📅 Manage calendars, meetings, and communications to ensure the founder is always three steps ahead.🔍 Conduct research on markets, competitors, partners, and industry trends to support key decisions.✍️ Create presentations, reports, and internal documents that communicate ideas clearly and persuasively.🧩 Assist in operational execution across teams – marketing, tech, hiring, partnerships, and investor relations.🛠️ Handle everything from coordinating with vendors to drafting emails and prepping for high-stakes calls.💡 Bring ideas to the table and help turn rough concepts into real-world initiatives. What We’re Looking For:🔥 Insanely driven, curious, and resourceful – someone who figures things out and gets stuff done.🧠 Fast thinker and quicker learner – MBA/graduate students or freshers from Tier-1 institutes preferred.✨ Excellent communication, PowerPoint, and organizational skills.🤹 Ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a chaotic, ever-changing environment.🏡 Remote for now – but ideally based in/around Mumbai for occasional in-person meets.
