Job Summary:-


The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Business Head. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and performing various administrative tasks to facilitate efficient office operations.

Qualifications:


  • Education: Associate degree in business administration, Management or Hotel Management.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as an executive assistant in hotels/hospitality industry or in a similar administrative role.


Skills:


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
