Job Description

As an Executive Assistant at our prestigious Building Construction Material trading company located in VIP Road, Pamohi, Guwahati, your role will involve managing daily schedules, meetings, and appointments for senior management. You will be responsible for handling correspondence, emails, calls, and other communications on behalf of the management. Additionally, you will prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed, coordinate with internal departments and external vendors, organize travel plans and accommodation bookings, maintain filing systems and confidential records, and perform general office administrative duties to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications required for this role include: - Gender: Female only. - Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion. - Preferred candidates from Guwahati or nearby areas.
