As a candidate for the position at our client in Higher Education, you will be responsible for managing ongoing projects and initiatives under the guidance of the Vice Chancellor. Your key responsibilities will include: - Coordinating and tracking projects to ensure successful implementation and handover to relevant stakeholders - Providing ongoing analyses of institutional planning efforts - Managing the calendar, travel arrangements, and communication - Coordinating university affairs and stakeholder interactions - Taking meeting minutes and circulating them efficiently - Preparing reports, documents, and correspondence as required - Responding to emails and queries promptly - Updating the Vice Chancellor on daily activities - Ensuring safety and security of office properties - Providing confidential administrative support to the Vice Chancellor - Overseeing and monitoring projects assigned to the administration Key Skills required for this role include: - Excellent Project Management skills - Discretion and proficiency in managing a technology-driven office - Strong organizational and proactive abilities with attention to detail - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in software and database management - Interpersonal, analytical, and coordination skills - Self-motivation, resilience, and responsibility Qualifications for this position include: - MBA or Post Graduate in any discipline with 10-12 years of work experience - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Experience in managing priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics - Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and multitasking skills - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities If you are a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong project management and administrative skills, this role could be a great fit for you.
