Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, including preparing expense reports, delivering executive support, and performing various administrative tasks. The candidate will be expected to handle communications, manage schedules, and coordinate meetings, ensuring efficient and effective organizational operations.

Qualifications

Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
Proficiency in preparing Expense Reports and conducting Administrative Assistance
Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
Organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field is preferred
Experience in the security industry is a plus
