Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival (DPIFF) was founded in 2012 and established in 2016 to carry forward the legacy of Late Shri Dhundiraj Govind Phalke, lovingly known as Dadasaheb Phalke – The Father of Indian Cinema. It is India’s only independent international film festival, with a mission to celebrate cinema & work of aspiring, young, independent & professional filmmakers. (www.dpiff.in)

The Festival has grown over the years and has received engaging responses from film connoisseurs and enthusiasts from all over the world. DPIFF has developed into one of the most significant and remarkable film festivals in Asia and is an annual celebration for film makers and artists in this Industry.

As we continue to expand our mission, we are now looking to recruit a passionate Executive Assistant to join our growing youth team in a fast-paced supportive environment.

𝐑𝐎𝐋𝐄 𝐎𝐅 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐄𝐗𝐄𝐂𝐔𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐄 𝐀𝐒𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐓:

• Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners

• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner

• Manage executives ' calendars and set up meetings

• Make travel and accommodation arrangements

• Excellent with external communication - memos, emails, presentations, reports

• Take minutes during meetings

• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence

𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 𝐎𝐑 𝐒𝐊𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐒:

- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role

- Excellent MS Office knowledge

- Outstanding organizational and time management skills

- Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e - calendars and copy machines)

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

- Discretion and confidentiality

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
