Mandatory Skills:

• Pleasant and presentable personality with excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective coordination

Good to Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, data handling)
• Professional email drafting and business communication skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage calendar, appointments, and meetings for senior leadership
• Handle email communications and prepare relevant reports or presentations
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and travel arrangements
• Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
• Assist with documentation, follow-ups, and day-to-day administrative support tasks
• Ensure smooth communication flow and timely execution of delegated tasks
