Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations for the Director. He/She should be well-organized, comfortable in scheduling meetings and responding to emails on behalf of the executive.




Responsibilities


Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements

Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-ups

Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion

Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations

Liaise with clients, partners, and internal teams on behalf of the executive

Maintain and organize files, records, and documents

Provide support in event planning and coordination, if required

Take meeting minutes and ensure timely distribution and follow-up



Qualifications


Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics

Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills
