As an Admin Generalist at Cquen Consulting, you will play a crucial role in supporting various functions within the company, with a preference for candidates with an HR/Accounting background and a keen interest in acquiring new skills and utilizing tech tools. Your primary focus will be to closely collaborate with the CEO and gain valuable insights into the operational aspects of running a business. Key Responsibilities: - **Internal Accounts Management:** - Prepare internal day-to-day records and maintain books for the company. - Collaborate with management to create project quotes. - Manage the internal systems control center. - **Communication & Client Management:** - Facilitate client onboarding, KYC procedures, and company systems setup. - Handle client drive setup, access & folder management. - Establish and oversee internal & external communication systems. - **Tech-admin Support:** - Set up and manage internal software systems. - Introduce and manage new tech tools for daily operations. - Handle data entry, maintain internal databases, and update company records and accounts. - **Company Compliance And Coordination For Filings With CA:** - Submit accounting records to CA monthly for GST compliance. - Provide data for TDS compliance - deduction, submission, and return filing. - Support internal event management, create company meeting agendas & minutes, and assist in workshops. - **Employee Management:** - Conduct training, maintenance, and updates for onboarding and skill development. - Assist in recruitment processes, upskilling initiatives, and performance reviews.
