Roles and Responsibilities

Executive Assistant -Corp. CFO Finance

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior executives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
  • Prepare MIS reports on a regular basis to track progress and performance metrics.
  • Conduct audits to identify areas of improvement in financial processes and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role in the corporate finance or accounting industry.
  • M. Com (Commerce) degree from a recognized university; MBA/PGDM (Finance) preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong skills in calendar management, fixing appointments, travel management, and EA functions such as scheduling meetings and managing emails.
