Finance Executive Last Mile Operations

Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Daily cash reconciliation and payout validation
• Handling billing, vendor payments, and documentation compliance • Monitoring hub-wise financial transactions and resolving discrepancies • Coordinating with Operations teams for cost control and financial accuracy • Preparing daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports • Supporting audits, compliance checks, and financial SOP adherence • Assisting in vendor onboarding, invoice validation, and payment follow-ups

Requirements:

Any bachelors degree; Finance background preferred
• 13 years of experience in Finance/Ops/Last-Mile roles • Strong MS Excel skills • Good analytical and problem-solving ability • Willingness to work closely with operations teams
