his role anchors both the strategic and operational priorities of the CXOs office ensuring fundamentals run seamlessly while applying business judgment and structured thinking to enable sharper, faster decision-making.

Core Mandate

1. Priorities & Calendar

  • Translate the CXOs vision into a clear, actionable weekly agenda.
  • Manage calendar, travel, and external engagements with zero missesmeetings prepared, conflicts resolved, and the leader always ready.

2. Information & Decisions

  • Filter noise and elevate what matters.
  • Consolidate inputs from Product, Operations, Finance, HR, and Investors into crisp, decision-ready briefs.
  • Maintain decision logs and track them to closure.
  • Drive follow-ups, close loops, and ensure team accountability.

3. Communication & Culture

  • Draft key emails, notes, and internal announcements.
  • Serve as the first voice of the CXOs officeprofessional, fast, and empathetic.

Success in the Role (612 Months)

  • The CXO’s bandwidth is effectively doubled—more time on strategy, less on firefighting.
  • The calendar reflects strategic priorities rather than noise.
  • Teams operate with clarity and accountability, requiring minimal follow-up.

Who You Are

Experience

  • 3–6 years in operations, consulting, investor relations, or a Founder’s/CEO’s office.

Education

  • Background in business, commerce, economics, or related fields.
  • MBA is a plus but not mandatory.
