Role Description

We are looking for 2-5 year max experience.

Qualifications

• Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
• Experience in preparing Expense Reports and providing Executive Support
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office /calendar Management/ Calling
• Manage the Founder’s calendar, meetings, travel, emails, and follow-ups personal and official
• Collect daily/weekly updates from teams and present structured reports to the Founder.
• Source supplier quotes, track orders, and ensure timely material delivery.
• Make Calls and getting relevant information.
• Monitor task closures, deadlines, and escalate delays when needed.
• Manage petty cash, invoices, vendor bills, and office administration.
