Job Title: Executive Assistant & Administrative Officer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant & Administrative Officer to provide comprehensive support to senior management while ensuring the efficient operation of the office. This dual-role position combines executive assistance with administrative oversight, making it ideal for a dynamic individual capable of multitasking, managing sensitive information, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the daily schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and communications of senior executives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting documents.
  • Organize meetings, including logistics, agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
  • Oversee general office operations, including procurement and inventory of supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for both digital and physical documents.
  • Support HR-related tasks such as employee onboarding, documentation, and policy communication.
  • Ensure effective internal communication and support departmental coordination and project tracking.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of integrity at all times.
  • Assist with expense reporting, invoice processing, and other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a combined Executive Assistant and/or Administrative Officer role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Professional demeanor with a strong sense of confidentiality and discretion.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
