Job Description

As an Associate in Navi Mumbai, your main responsibilities will include preparing purchase orders for all monthly recurring expenses, managing day-to-day housekeeping operations, ensuring availability of consumables, optimizing workforce, supporting during HR and marketing events, maintaining the medical room, overseeing cafeteria and pantry operations, arranging visitor visits, and managing site documentation and records. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare purchase orders for monthly recurring expenses. - Manage day-to-day housekeeping operations and facility upkeep. - Ensure availability of household, stationery, and pantry consumables with a tracking mechanism. - Optimize workforce comprising Housekeeping Attendants, Pantry Boy, and office assistants. - Support during HR and marketing team events. - Maintain first aid medicines and Medical Room. - Manage operations of the Cafeteria and Pantry. - Arrange visitor, guest, and customer visits. - Maintain and update site documentation and records.
