Executive Administrator kochi 1 - 2 years INR 1.75 - 2.5 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Role & responsibilities To provide administrative and coordination support to the UAE audit team from the Kochi back office, while also managing routine administrative and office-support activities for the Kochi office. Audit Coordination & Support Coordinate with the UAE audit department on ongoing audit assignments Assist in formatting draft audit reports , financial statements, and related deliverables as per firm standards Track audit progress, pending queries, and follow-ups with audit teams Maintain audit documentation, working paper files, and version control Support the audit finalisation process , including collation of signed documents and checklists Administrative & Office Support (Kochi Office) Manage office supplies and vendor coordination for the Kochi office Assist with scheduling and coordination for audit work (meetings, deadlines, deliverables) Maintain internal trackers, logs, and MIS reports Handle routine administrative tasks and ad-hoc support required by the UAE and Kochi teams Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Commerce Minimum 12 years of experience in an administrative or audit support role Prior exposure to audit / accounting firms will be an added advantage Key Skills & Competencies: Strong MS Word and Excel skills (especially formatting and document presentation) Good written and verbal English communication High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes Strong coordination and follow-up skills Ability to work with cross-border teams (India -UAE) and meet deadlines
