We are seeking a smart, proactive, and business-oriented Management Intern to work closely with the Managing Director on strategic and operational initiatives. This role offers exposure to leadership-level decision-making and requires strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. You will support the MD in managing projects, preparing proposals and presentations, analyzing business data, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations including meeting coordination and travel planning. What You ll Be Doing Strategic Analytical Support Conduct market, competitor, and internal research to provide insights and recommendations. Analyze business data and financial metrics to support strategic decision-making. Assist in preparing proposals, business cases, and operational plans. Presentation Communication Design and develop professional PowerPoint presentations , dashboards, and reports for leadership meetings. Summarize findings into actionable insights and visual formats. Draft communication material such as briefs, reports, and executive summaries. Meeting Calendar Coordination Manage the MD s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track follow-ups to ensure timely execution. Support in organizing internal and external leadership reviews. Project Proposal Management Coordinate cross-functional projects, track progress, and ensure deliverables are on schedule. Support in structuring and preparing client and internal proposals.
