Group QA Engineer

As a QA Engineer at Fortuna, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications. With a minimum of 3 years of experience in manual testing, you will be responsible for executing test cases, managing defects, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve bugs. Your expertise in testing methodologies, tools like JIRA and Zephyr, and familiarity with mobile and cross-browser testing will be key in maintaining the high standards of our products. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include executing manual test cases, tracking defects, working with developers to diagnose and fix bugs, and ensuring full traceability between test cases and requirements. You will conduct various types of manual testing, including functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, compatibility, and cross-browser testing. Additionally, you will be involved in native mobile application testing for iOS and Android, as well as utilizing cloud-based testing platforms like LambdaTest. Collaboration is at the heart of our work culture, and you will work closely with QA Analysts, product owners, and QA Leads to review bugs, understand workflows, and provide detailed reports on test status. Your ability to communicate effectively, attention to detail, and commitment to quality will be essential in contributing to the continuous improvement of our QA processes. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, possess ISTQB Certification, and have a strong command of English communication skills.
