Group QA Engineer

As a QA Engineer at Fortuna Entertainment Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring software quality through meticulous manual testing. Your responsibilities will include: - Executing manual test cases and test scripts for various application features and functionality. - Managing and tracking defects using JIRA and ensuring they are followed through to closure. - Collaborating with the development team to replicate and diagnose bugs and ensure effective fixes. - Planning and managing test executions using Zephyr to ensure full traceability between test cases and requirements. - Performing various types of manual testing, including Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Smoke Testing, Exploratory Testing, Compatibility, and Cross-browser Testing. - Conducting native mobile application testing (iOS and Android) to ensure functionality, usability, and performance across devices. - Utilizing cloud-based cross-browser testing platforms like LambdaTest to ensure compatibility across multiple browsers and operating systems. - Providing detailed reports on the status of tests, including coverage, bugs, and overall system quality. - Contributing to the continuous improvement of QA processes. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - At least 5 years of experience in manual software testing. - ISTQB Certification. - Strong experience using JIRA and Zephyr for test management. - Familiarity with native mobile application testing (iOS and Android) is a plus. - Knowledge of cross-browser testing platforms such as LambdaTest is a plus. - Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) are essential. - Familiarity with the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Quality Assurance processes.
