Full Time
1 Supervise daily office facilities operations (housekeeping, pantry, security, and maintenance).
2. Manage vendor contracts, procurement, and service agreements.
3. Handle repairs, maintenance of office infrastructure, and AMC tracking.
4. Oversee workplace safety, fire drills, and compliance with building regulations.
5. Coordinate with HR and Admin for new joiner desk allocation and seating arrangements.
6. Manage office inventory, supplies, and purchase requests within budget.
7. Support relocation, renovation, or expansion projects.
8. Ensure proper functioning of utilities (electricity, HVAC, water, networking).
9. Handle services including transport, cafeteria, and visitor management.
10. Maintain documents and reports for facility operations and budget utilization.
11. Coordination with various departments Finance, Marketing, HR, Technical teams for the various facilities related requests and queries.
12. Should work on travel and accommodation arrangement, VISA process etc. based upon the Business need.
Languages Mandatory Kannada, English (Read, speak and write). Hindi or other languages will be add on.
Working – Monday to Saturday
Salary – 3.6 to 4.5 per annum
