Role Overview We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with 710 years of experience who can lead and amplify our brand presence. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, well-versed in digital marketing tools, content, and campaign strategy, and has a proven track record in B2B marketingpreferably within the semiconductor or a similar high-tech industry. Youll play a pivotal role in crafting initiatives that enhance our digital footprint, working closely with leadership, cross-functional teams, and external agency partners to execute high-impact campaigns. Key Responsibilities Define and execute a cohesive digital marketing strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives. Lead end-to-end campaign development across digital platforms (LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, Email Marketing, etc.). Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agency partners to produce compelling content and creatives. Leverage AI tools and analytics platforms to optimize marketing performance and improve ROI. Develop thought leadership and brand visibility through blogs, whitepapers, newsletters, and case studies. Analyse and report on campaign performance, customer engagement, and competitive benchmarks. Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications 7–10 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B technology or semiconductor-related industry. Strong understanding of content strategy, lead generation, and performance marketing. Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Canva, AI tools, etc.). Proven experience working with and managing external marketing agencies. Excellent communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills. Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Ability to work independently and lead initiatives with a strategic vision. Nice to Have Prior experience in or exposure to the semiconductor industry or similar high-tech domains. About the Role As a Salesperson specializing in VLSI / Semiconductor (R&D) Projects and Resource Augmentation services, will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by promoting our cutting-edge solutions in the field of VLSI / Semiconductor. Your primary focus will be on establishing and expanding client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the domain of VLSI and Resource Augmentation. Develop a strong understanding of client needs and industry trends to tailor solutions effectively. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive lead generation and networking. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand client requirements and collaborate with technical teams to propose customized solutions. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and serve as the primary point of contact for client communication. Technical Understanding: Develop a comprehensive understanding of VLSI, R&D processes, and resource augmentation models. Effectively communicate technical concepts to clients and address their concerns with confidence. Proposal Development: Collaborate with technical teams to create detailed project proposals and service offerings. Requirements Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business, or related discipline). Proven experience in sales, preferably in the field of VLSI / Semiconductor or technology solutions. Strong technical acumen and the ability to understand complex R&D projects. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
