To verify the PO against the proposal and acknowledge the same
To update the PO in WIP excel, save in RFP (Request for proposal) folder and filing the original PO.
To follow up the status of the project with the executing teams till the project is completed.
Once the project is completed and approved, to co-ordinate with team members to ship the compound on time.
Responsible to develop and maintain strong relationship with logistics companies along with customs and CHAs
To prepare the shipping documents and labels for plant and lab shipments based on the packing list, dispatch summary book and COA.
