Job Location: NEhru Nagar, Kalappatty, Coimbatore

• Maintain day-to-day accounting: post journal entries, manage general ledger, and ensure accurate bookkeeping for assigned client portfolios.
• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable workflows—invoice processing, vendor payments, customer billing, and aging follow-up.
• Perform bank reconciliations, reconcile vendor/customer ledgers, identify discrepancies, and drive timely resolution.
• Execute month-end and quarter-end close tasks: prepare reconciliations, supporting schedules, and basic financial statements.
• Manage statutory compliance activities including GST and TDS reporting; prepare supporting documentation for tax filings and statutory audits.
• Support internal and external audits by maintaining organized records, responding to queries, and implementing accounting controls.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or equivalent with 1–4 years of hands-on accounting experience
• Strong proficiency in Tally and MS Excel
• Good communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple client accounts on-site in India.
