Job Description

The Executive Account Manager position is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai. As an Executive Account Manager, you will be tasked with managing key accounts, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. Your daily responsibilities will include handling client communications, collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions, monitoring account performance, and identifying opportunities for account growth. In addition, you will be expected to provide regular reports on account activities and contribute to strategic planning initiatives. To excel in this role, you should possess strong Account Management and Client Relationship Management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities are essential, along with proficiency in Strategic Planning and Analytical capabilities. Experience with CRM software and tools is required, as well as proficient Problem-Solving and Negotiation skills. The ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances is crucial. Previous experience in the relevant industry is advantageous. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience is mandatory for this role.,
