About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Accounts Executive to join our team in Varanasi. The ideal candidate will manage the school’s financial operations, including Tally entries, ERP-based accounting, and fee management. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and proactive in finding smarter ways to work — including using AI tools to optimize systems and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations using Tally ERP and the school’s ERP platform.
• Oversee fee collections, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Prepare ledgers, statements, and assist in audits.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth financial processes.
• Take initiative to improve systems and adopt new technologies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business, or related field.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and experience with other ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial tracking.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to adapt to new technology and work collaboratively.
• Prior experience in the education sector is a plus.
• Must be residing in Varanasi to apply.
