Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons for secondary and senior secondary students.
• Develop lesson plans in line with the CBSE curriculum and school guidelines.
• Foster an interactive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
• Assess and evaluate students’ progress through tests, assignments, and projects.
• Prepare students for board exams and competitive assessments.
• Incorporate innovative teaching methodologies, including digital tools and experiential learning.
• Guide students in literary activities, debates, and creative writing exercises.
• Collaborate with colleagues for curriculum development and extracurricular programs.
• Maintain discipline and ensure a positive learning atmosphere.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school administration regarding academic progress.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s degree in English or a related field.
• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (mandatory).
• Minimum

  3-5 years

  of teaching experience in a reputed school (experience in a CBSE school is preferred).
• Excellent command over written and spoken English.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for teaching and assessment.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring young learners.
