Execution Director – Interior Fit-OutDepartment: Projects / Operations Reports To: Managing Director / CEO Location: India , Bangalore Job Purpose:To lead and manage the execution of all interior fit-out projects across multiple sites, ensuring high-quality delivery, on-time completion, and profitability in alignment with the company’s strategic goals.Having Entrepreneur Skills Key Responsibilities:Project Management & ExecutionLead the end-to-end delivery of multiple fit-out projects across commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality sectors. Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Implement project execution strategies, construction methods, and resource allocation plans. Team Leadership & CoordinationOversee project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors. Build and manage a high-performing execution team. Coordinate with design, procurement, commercial, and planning departments to ensure seamless execution. Client & Stakeholder ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for high-level client discussions and approvals. Ensure client satisfaction through regular updates, issue resolution, and delivering high-quality outcomes. Cost & Quality ControlMonitor project budgets, forecast costs, and ensure cost-effective execution without compromising quality. Implement quality control processes and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Planning & ReportingDrive project planning including setting milestones, schedules, and manpower planning. Generate executive-level project progress reports and present status updates to the board/MD. Risk ManagementIdentify execution risks and develop contingency plans. Ensure all legal, health, safety, and environmental compliance requirements are met on-site. Key Requirements:Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design; MBA is a plus. 10+ years of experience in interior fit-out, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record in managing complex, high-value fit-out projects. Skills & Competencies:Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Excellent planning, organizational, and decision-making skills. Strong understanding of commercial, design, and technical aspects of interior projects. Effective communication and client-handling skills. Proficient in project management tools (Primavera/MS Project/AutoCAD, etc.) KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):On-time project delivery rate Budget adherence Client satisfaction score Quality audit compliance Team performance & retention Profit margin on executed projects
