Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Drive sales opportunities in partnership with Sales Agents, leveraging a 200-300 level knowledge of Microsoft licensing programs.
Position Microsoft licensing benefits effectively against competitive licensing programs to Sales Agents and customers.
Provide licensing guidance to sellers and customers to ensure correct licensing program adoption.
Review sales pipeline regularly to ensure compliance with licensing guidance.
Create Certificate of Eligibility (COE) as appropriate.
Continuously research and update knowledge on the latest cloud capabilities and pricing for both Microsoft and competitors.

Skills Needed:

Graduation degree preferred.
3 years of experience handling teams.
8+ years of experience in IT licensing renewals with a proven track record of success.
Experience with Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365 licensing solutions or similar preferred.
Background in sales/customer service relationships; telephone experience preferred.
Self-starter with a consistent record of outstanding performance and goal achievement.
Strong interpersonal skills with excellent oral, written, and verbal communication abilities; adept at phone, email, and presentation communication.
General IT industry knowledge with the ability to quickly learn and retain product and business solution information.
Achievement-driven personality, motivated by exceeding sales goals through strategic leadership and cross-business collaboration.
