Role & responsibilities

Identify residential communities, schools, workplaces, and congregation points
Generate leads through corporate, local outreach, and community-based activities
Conduct field visits to promote Narayana Arya Insurance plans
Convert leads through demos, follow-ups, and individual meetings
Maintain lead data and daily activity records in CRM

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in any stream
0-2 years experience in sales freshers welcome
Passionate about healthcare and insurance sales
Good communication skills in Kannada & English

Self-motivated and target-driven
